General conditions shall also serve as a legal agreement. The user agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement by using or accessing this website. It is advisable to read the entire terms and conditions carefully before accepting the terms of the services provided by us.
This website belongs to the company Relevo Parcial Lda, with fiscal number PT517 586 479, hereinafter also referred as Company.
The terms and conditions shall remain valid and in full force and effect until specified otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to change the Prices of the services so offered as and when required to cope with the market dynamics and other determining factors. Due to the present economic situation, already contracted catering services may have pricing variations of up to 20%. Please be advised that all food restrictions have a cost increase of 35%.
All food restrictions shall be requested at least 30 days from the event date, in order to allow the catering company to accomplish the desired requests.
To book a boat/event with more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required to be paid as per our terms. If the event is taking place within 30 days, full payment is necessary for booking the event. All extra hirings are expected to be paid in full at least 15 days from the date of the event. If the payment is not received as per the terms herewith mentioned, the Company reserves the right to cancel the event at its terms. In case the full payment of the booking has not been made before 48 hours from the event date, the boat/event shall stand cancelled and the amount already paid shall not be refunded.
In case of an event of date change or event cancellation by the client, the amount already paid/billed shall not be refunded. For the catering services, a refund of 50% of the amount already paid is applicable in case the guest/client notifies 15 days prior to the event date. Within 15 days period from the event date, the catering amount already paid will not be refunded. Please direct all the information regarding event date changes or event cancellation notifications, to our email [email protected].
An event can only be rescheduled if it’s cancelled by the boat operator. This will have no extra cost from the guest/client.
All kids aged less than 14 years are mandated to be fully accompanied by adult supervision. Each baby or kid shall be counted as one passenger. Therefore, the total number of passengers will include babies and kids as well. For shared tours, all guardians are requested to buy tour tickets for babies or kids.
Boarding Process and Logistics
If required, meeting points could be changed within the Lisbon district with prior notice to the guest/client. Any information in this regard shall be conveyed directly to the Guest to avoid any inconvenience. For your safety and convenience, it is advised that the rush hour traffic be considered along with several marinas in Lisbon. We advise carefully planning the route for the meeting point.
In case the guest/client gets delayed for a “Shared Tour” and there are more guests on board, the boat will depart in order to accomplish the full-time tour sold to the guests already on board. Check-ins will not be processed after departure time. There is no refund for delayed guests, so respecting time is highly advisable.
In case the Client gets delayed for a Private Tour, the crew will wait for the Guest at the meeting point until the end of the event time. The event finish time shall remain unchanged in all circumstances and no refund for lost event time shall be entertained.
In case the Client gets delayed due to a flight delay or flight cancellation, the event shall not be refunded.
Neither the Company nor guests/clients are authorized to disclose personal information and contact data via the chat platform of our website, including but not limited to their surnames, emails, personal or business websites, Skype, or other VoIP IDs. No personally identifying information, including credit card numbers and expiration dates, will be kept, sold, shared, rented, or leased to a third party.
However, the Client allows the Company to take pictures or videos where their image might appear on board, for marketing purposes.
The Company shall notify the customer within 24 hours if one of its vessels is damaged as a result of the client’s or their visitors’ acts. Within 48 hours, the damage will be described in writing, along with its cause. The Company will get a quote for the necessary repairs or replacement from a qualified contractor at the time of the final payment or as agreed upon by the Company and the guest/client.
The Company denies all responsibilities and liabilities for any loss or additional costs brought on by theft, loss of property, accident, illness, or demise of the guest/client.
Subject to restrictions
Food and drink brought by the client are subject to Company’s approval and should be requested 24 hours before to the excursion. This is done in order to shield the vessel from potential spills and other hazards. The Company do not allow smoking on board. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the services.
For safety reasons it’s not allowed to board drugged or drunk Clients/Guests onboard, and there is no refund in case the event is cancelled due to any of these reasons.
Drugs are forbidden on board. The company reserves the right to cancel the event immediately if these rules are violated, with no refund for the Client.
Code of Conduct
The guests/clients are expected to conduct themselves in a civilized and responsible manner towards the crew and neighbors. Reckless behavior/complaints after a reasonable warning may lead to repercussions at the discretion of the Company.
Complaints must be sent to Lisbo[email protected] within 5 days after the end of our services.
The laws of Portugal shall govern all matters, and any disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action shall exclusively fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Lisbon, Portugal.
No pets are allowed.

Any changes will take effect on the same day they are posted.
