Gift voucher expiration date

Gift Vouchers are valid until the last day of the calendar year in which they are purchased and, as such, are non-cancellable except under the conditions set out below.

 

Gift Voucher Activity Cancellation Conditions

Once a gift voucher activity has been scheduled, cancellations due to adverse weather conditions may only be determined by the boat captain. The captain may decide to cancel the tour at any time up to the scheduled departure.

Bookings may be rescheduled to another available date within the same calendar year as the gift voucher purchase, provided the request is made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled activity date.

Rescheduling requests submitted with less than three (3) days’ notice are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled tour date cannot be accommodated, and no date changes will be permitted.
