• 1 ticket per person (babies also count as 1 person for the max capacity of the boat and require a ticket)

 

 

Tour cancellation conditions

Gift Vouchers are valid until the last day of the calendar year in which they are purchased and, as such, are non-cancellable except under the conditions set out below.

Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions may only be determined by the boat captain. The decision to cancel a tour due to weather conditions may be taken at any time up to the scheduled departure time.

 

Tour date changing conditions

It is possible to change the booking date to another available date within the same calendar year as the gift voucher purchase, provided that the request is made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled booking date.

Requests made with less than three (3) days’ notice are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled tour date cannot be accommodated, and date changes will not be permitted.
